Rolling and Moulding GF Vegan Pie (Tart) Dough

Method:
Cut a circle about 2cm larger than mold
Fold it in gently pressing the corners and keeping it below the edge


Notes:
If dough is sticky, lift the parchment and peel the dough off
If dough is too soft, place in fridge for a few minutes
Keep dough in fridge until ready to use
