Chocolate Cream Pie Decoration

 Method

  1. Cover the filling with Chantilly Cream (try to avoid the crust)
  2. Don't be concerned about the edge of the decoration as it will be piped over
  3. With a #5 star tip, pipe some "9 shape rosettes" around the edge
  4. Decorate the middle of the pie with chocolate shavings

Notes: 

  • Neutral fond will prevent Chantilly from loosing volume
